Since its inception in 1989, Bold Concepts has been enhancing the growth of small businesses participating in Federal Government construction programs.
David Wimsatt, Owner / CEO, founded Bold Concepts after facilitating the success of an SBA 8(a) certified general construction and electrical firm. Recognizing that other 8(a) Small Businesses could benefit from his knowledge of the program and the Federal construction marketplace, he began building out the growth enhancing programs that Bold Concepts has in place to this day.
